Plaster Table #2 was an rectangular table presented at the Greater Los Angeles MFA Exhibition 2009 at California State University Long Beach. Carving tools were available for anyone to leave a mark on the table, and a bucket of red clay slurry helped to bring out the relief carvings. A modified version of a plaster wedging table used for preparing clay, the final form of this piece depended on the interest and participation of the audience. Most of these images were taken during the reception for the show on September 6, 2009.
